Sponsorship Terms

By applying for the Fabworks sponsorship , you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Duration of Sponsorship

The sponsorship provided by Fabworks is valid for a period of one year, starting from the date of acceptance into the sponsorship. After the one-year period, teams must reapply for sponsorship.

Application Evaluation

Each application will be reviewed and evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Fabworks reserves the right to accept or reject applications at its discretion.

Fabworks Collaboration Code

If your team's application is approved, you will receive a unique Fabworks Collaboration Code.

Discount and Store Credit

When someone uses your collaboration code, they will receive a 5% discount on their purchases from Fabworks. Additionally, 5% of the purchase amount will be credited back to your team's Fabworks account as store credit. This credit can be used by your team for future purchases from Fabworks.

Sponsorship Levels

Depending on the sponsorship level (Fabworks Partner or #TeamFabworks), your team will receive the benefits and privileges specified in the sponsorship description. These benefits may include priority laser cutting, social media shoutouts, Fabworks swag pack, and Fabworks credit. Please refer to the sponsorship description for the exact benefits associated with each level.

Compliance with sponsorship Requirements

By accepting the sponsorship, your team agrees to fulfill any requirements outlined in the sponsorship description, such as participating in social media shoutouts, and using the collaboration code as specified.

Proper Use of Fabworks Credit

Any Fabworks credit received as part of the sponsorship should be used in accordance with Fabworks' terms and policies. Fabworks reserves the right to specify any restrictions or limitations on the usage of Fabworks credit.

Commitment to FIRST Community

Fabworks sponsors teams as a means of supporting the FIRST community. By accepting the sponsorship, your team agrees to act as ambassadors for Fabworks, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.

Termination

Fabworks reserves the right to terminate the sponsorship agreement at any time, with or without cause. In case of termination, any unused Fabworks credit will be forfeited.
